Not knowing if we received your recordings or the status of the job can be unnerving. That's why we have the "Order Tracking System" in place. 

	Click on any "Track Your Order" link, posted throughout the site. That takes you to the CVC Productions Order Tracking page.
	Input your customer ID (it's explained there how you figure it out).
	Click on "search" and your most recent orders will pop up.
	Click on your last order, and voila, you see if and when we received the recordings, and where they are in our system.
	The last line will contain the tracking number of the return shipment.
