ATTENTION: although
we support Beta (Betamax) formats in NTSC, PAL and SECAM (and we
have multiple VCR playback decks), over the years Sony has
produced an incompatible "mess" of formats, sub formats,
modes and record/playback speeds. There exists a remote possibility that a Beta tape submitted was recorded in an
incompatible format, sub format, speed or mode. As with
all other formats, if we set up to record a tape and it turns out the tape is
incompatible, we will not make a DVD. Instead, we will charge a "Setup Fee" of $14.25 plus return shipping and return the tape unprocessed.

I
am not sure the exact length of the tape. How can
I order?
Answer:
If you do not know the length of the tape, it is not a problem.
It is important that you familiarize yourself with our
pricing
structure. Place the order based on your best
estimate. In the "Special Instructions" box
of the Order Form, tell us to "make DVD of the correct
length for the tape". We will determine the length of the tape before we make the DVD and
will make the DVD of the appropriate length. After we make the DVD we
will run the Order Form again and charge the correct rate, depending on the
actual length.
In this type of situation it is best to use a Credit Card
for payment in order that we do not have to hold your order.

Will I be able to edit
video from your DVD's? |
| Answer:
We do not encrypt our DVD's.
You may be able to import video directly from the Video
DVD's if your video editing software can import video from
DVD's. If in doubt, order our Test Video DVD. Alternatively, you may order a Data DVD Copy. The Data DVD Copy is specially produced in a very high quality and highly compatible format: MPEG-4.
