Local Drop Off

We offer local drop-off to our studio and pick-up from our studio for orders over $300. If your shipping address is in the State of Florida and your order total is over $300, you will see this as a shipping option at checkout.

If you wish to drop off your recordings to our studio, please follow these guidelines:

Please place the order for your transfer on-line (or by phone) in advance of your hand delivery. Your hand-delivered order will be picked up by our staff at the door in the same manner we receive deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
Please set an appointment with us at least one day in advance of your anticipated hand delivery (appointments set M-F, 9am-4:30pm). The appointment will be set after your order was placed.
We know that some customers would like to spend some time with us discussing, test-listening to their recordings, getting our evaluation of the recordings and restoration techniques, etc. We apologize but we do not have the facilities, necessary staff or price structure to accommodate this.
