- Extra DVDs in DVD case
- DVD and DVD case are identical to the master DVD ordered.
- The Extra DVD must be of the same type as the transfer (Simple or Enhanced Graphics).
- Extra DVDs in slim case
- DVD is identical to the master DVD ordered, placed in a slim jewel case
- The Extra DVD must be of the same type as the transfer (Simple or Enhanced Graphics).
- Setup Fee
- If we set up to transfer a video tape and it turns out the tape is in the wrong format or blank or damaged or unsuited for producing a DVD, we will not make a DVD. Instead, we will charge a Setup Fee plus return shipping and return the tape unprocessed.
- Repair Fee
- Please do not send tapes that are not in working condition. A tape may fail during processing. If we are able to repair it, we will repair it (Repair Fee charged) and complete the transfer.
- Insurance (delivery signature required by USPS)
- This option is highly recommended for all orders.
