Dolby NR on Fostex machines
Fostex 8-track tape recorder/player machines have a DOLBY NR ON/OFF button (for engaging DOLBY NR). We will match the condition of the DOLBY NR button.
- Select:
- Dolby OFF
- Dolby ON
- If you are not sure if your Fostex tape was recorded with DOLBY ON or OFF, leave the setting to Dolby OFF.
- If your original 1/4 inch 8-track tape was NOT recorded on a Fostex machine, leave the setting to Dolby OFF.
