The collector writes: English studio musician Tom Parker adapted Bach’s “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” as “Joy” and scored a Top Ten hit in 1972. Apollo 100 only did instrumentals. They “covered” classical pieces in a contemporary way.
