We always ask our customers to please not send in recordings in need of repairs (except for 8-track tapes, which we can repair). Occasionally this is unavoidable and a recording must be repaired before we can play it back or before we can continue playback. When possible, we will perform the repair and charge for one Repair Fee (extreme cases may require several Repair Fees) as follows:
- Standard Repair (most repairs)
- Major Repair (video tape, cassette tape splicing or shell change, 8-track tapes with melted roller, lots of tape spilled out, the shell needs replacing, or other involved repairs)
